Our LAB is equipped with modern devices, which perform physical and mechanical tests in order to check raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. In addition, monitoring stations in our three production departments carry out visual and manual controls.

Skilled technicians take samples to be analyzed from our warehouse or from our production lines, regularly and according to shared and updated rules.

Each report from our clients causes an immediate verification. We track the route of all components of the product involved and we find out the problem causing the failure.
If the goods have already reached their proper destination, the recovery will take place immediately and the faulty goods will be locked in our warehouse, waiting for sorting or, in extreme cases, destruction.

Our quality control committee meets monthly. It is chaired by the CEO and composed of all the managers of our production departments and lab technicians.
